DAMTUH 15 Grains Mixed Powder and Super 12 Grains Mixed Powder Misugaru Bundle Pack 40 Counts (Pack of 2)

I had been looking for a product containing whole grains to supplement my diet. Fibre and whole grains help with ulcers. My order arrived several days earlier than the estimated date, which was super. Both the Roasted Black Grains Mixed Powder and the 15 Roasted Grains Mixed Powder with Yam are delicious. I do wish they had a few grams less sugar; they would still be delicious. I also hope that the price comes down a bit. Finally, thank you for the reply to my question regarding the California warning label. I'm all for such labels; they help us make informed decisions.

I was worried at first but the packing delivered perfect safe, and is taste really good full of nutrition, I add one tablespoon of brow suger and 1/2 cups of Milk with hot water the tested is really good just like my Unni recommendation from Korean 💕. I drink mine in the morning around 7 am with one hard boiled egg for Breakfast and is make me full until around 4 pm then I eat dinner, good for diet.

Either in milk or water by following the measurements on the box for oz this stuff tastes really good. If you like wheat bran cereal or something you will probably like this! I just got it as a meal replacement and now I eat it for breakfast all the time to help me start drinking water in the morning.

this product contains milk, yes it tastes good, but there are some warning on the package. I should have read more carefully.
