While I do enjoy the aesthetics of an astrolabe - you should be warned that this item is for display only. The inner track is welded into place and does not serve a function. Of course- if you’ve just traveled through time, and absolutely, positively NEED to navigate at sea - I would highly suggest acquainting yourself with a GPS.
