Montblanc StarWalker Urban Speed Ballpoint Pen

This pen is making quite an impact on my MB Pen collection now. I had been using a Montblanc M. the design on that one is AMAZING!! Kudos to Marc Newsom---anyway I digress..... This StarWalker Pen is truly gorgeous. IT has a wonderfully balanced weight and is actually making my handwriting MUCH better. Through the years, my signature has steadily gotten worse. Of course, my banker told me the other day that my being a doctor gave the "WRITE" (sorry....couldn't resist.....) to have an illegible signature. well, mine ask DEFINITELY that bad. Back to the StarWalk UrbanSpeed Pen---A+!

Elegant, sleek, modern look. The pen has a nice heft to it and feels great in the hand. The twist action is smooth and satisfying. Some people like to give them flak about the "precious resin". Whatever is it, it exudes luxury and significance. The resin does actually look slightly red under bright light. The floating emblem is so cool and the red stripe is a nice touch. This pen has presence when it comes out and is unmistakably a Montblanc from any distance.

One of my favorite Montblanc pens. I love the red stripe, the balance and weight of this pen. It feels great in my hand. Looks beautiful as well as writes smoothly. I enjoy using great pens. This one is less expensive than some of the others I own but my favorite by far.

I bought this pen for my husband who enjoys not only pens, but also fine watches, cars and cameras. He calls the StarWalker a “great, handsome looking pen”. The only minus is when holding the pen, “it’s a bit slippery”.

Beautiful pen, came with all papers. Excellent weight and balanced. This is my fourth Mont Blanc, and it’s now my favorite.The urban speed series has a very modern appeal (as does the Marc newson) and still maintains the same quality, craftsmanship, and allure as more classic pens such as the Le Grand.

After a lot of searching for the ballpoint pen, this one takes the cake. I have a pen collection, I should say, so this was for a specific need- an everyday pen I carry to-and-fro work. This fits those needs perfectly and writes like a dream. Much happier with this than some of the others I was considering

Best Montblanc ballpoint pen in my collection. Pinch of red on the clip adds a lot of class and character. Worth it! Barrel is heavy and feels premium.
