Bought this as a gift for my grandson and I think he will love it! Lots of cool facts and pictures and perfect for the kids to that love to learn new things!

Literally the perfect book for any curious child! Phenomenal photos and vibrant colors. The explanations are great; in detail, but doesn’t go over my five year olds head.PERFECT Christmas or birthday gift as an add on!!

Daughter enjoys this book and looks forward to reading from it every night.

This book is so perfect for a 4 yr. Old (. Who asks “Why” about EVERYTHING!!’The questions are perfect…. About so many animals, sea life, humans and the human body, as well as playgrounds, tools, vehicles…, EVERYTHING!!Fantastic colorful pictures.

Excellent book. Lots of pictures, large type and, most important, a fast-track to keeping children from being neither a push-over nor wet-noodle via free thinking. Got this for my Grandson, he likes to brag about that and doesn't hesitate to ask why when he doesn't understand something. That's a win-win to me.

Came a little dirty on cover — but the book is great! My kiddos love to ask the “why” question so now this book can feed some of that curiosity. The pictures are bold. The text is not too intense for my 6 yr old.

Such a beautiful book! Simple, clear explanations for so many of the questions that young children ask about wrinkly skin, earthworms, snake skin, stars, rainbows, twins, and all sorts of things. Lots for big people to learn, too. And beautifully illustrated with color photographs. I find it suitable for children a bit older than the 3 to 6 years recommended, perhaps 4 to 8 years. Hardcover, and well worth the price.

My grandson, who will be 4 years old soon, has many, many books already. So, I am always looking for something different to add to his collection and something that will keep his interest. He was very excited to receive this book. His mom reported that he immediately took it into his room after it arrived so that he could check it out. It was definitely a hit!
