The media could not be loaded. The faucets arrived very fast, and we were able to install ourselves. The packaging was really nice, and the actual faucet was in a white bag to protect it. They even included the little tool and some tape. After installation, one faucet did leak, but Amazon quickly sent a replacement and so far its OK. Because they are very tall, they do tend to splash a bit. So two options: Turn down the water pressure at the tap, or just don't lift the handle up all the way. Love the waterfall effect!! It was perfect for our guest bathroom remodel.

I will start this review off by saying that I had to return the item, but my first impression in the box is that it’s absolutely beautiful. I love the matte finish. But once I put it on my sink I was amused at how BIG it is and it completely dwarfed my 18” oval sink. I took a picture of a roll of toilet paper to show for scale. Not only is it wide but very tall. We are renovating, so I only tested the lines but our toddler turns the water on full blast and could totally see splash-back causing a huge wet mess.The install was easy enough although the directions aren’t detailed at all — it’s basically just drawings with some directional arrows. But if you’ve installed at least 1 faucet in your life, it’s easy to follow.

This was a replacement for a bathroom remodel and it looked good and was fairly easy to install.

This faucet was much easier to install than ones I’ve had in the past. Due to its design, and inclusion of a tool for tightening the assembly, I found it easier to work in the tight spaces under the sink. Actually the only problems I ran into was disassembling and removing the old faucets!I did have to buy an adapter at Home Depot because the valves under my sink had flexible hose assemblies permanently attached, and this faucet assembly is designed to attach to a female water connector. Once I got the $3 adapters, I was able to easily hook the two hoses together, much easier than turning off the house water and replacing the valves.

These are nice and heavy and so pretty, but the mater makes so much noise. To be fair, not sure if the noise is produced from the tap or the hosing; not a plumber. But we didn’t have that noise issue with our old outdated sink and faucet

Love this faucet but it is a lot higher then I though I had to raise my medicine cabinet about 2.5” to allow free movement of the handle that was no deal breaker it looks very nice price you can’t beat it , comes with the push up drain I never had one but really like it no more pulling up the stopper I hated that just push down it pops up push down it closes wow! Nice

The media could not be loaded. I just simply love this faucet. The design is amazing and modern. Very easy to install. No leaks and super easy to clean. The size is just perfect for my vanity. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I installed and used for 2 years. Easy to install, sturdy, not a single leak from anywhere and generally seemed well made. Only thing at the time of install I noticed and bothered was the fact that when you turn on, it was noisy. But I just figured that was just the norm due to the design of thin spout. I recently switched out to a water fall design and again realized how quite other faucets are. Also, you have to keep the opening cleaned before calcium buildup starts affecting flow of how water comes out since opening is so slim. If noise doesn’t bother you and clean up calcium buildup regularly, this is a good faucet for the money.
