Not quite as sturdy as the OEM dell units but still good
I bought a pack of these for one of my two Dell Poweredge R410 servers as I had recently bought it without carriers. These did the trick nicely although I find compared to the OEM carriers which I use in my other R410 (the lower of the two in the screencaps) these are a little flimsier. they have a lot more flex with no disk which can make them a bit of an annoyance to slide into the server, and with a drive in, they require a bit more force to actually get slid all the way into the server to latch. This is only a minor issue though, and I'm sure with drive swaps and time they will loosen up a bit and be similar to the OEM carriers.I am so far quite happy with these as a purchase, and if I get more servers in the future that use this style of carrier I will be inclined to get more.
