Quality supplement!
Just received my Prenatal Plus from Dr. Brighten. I have only taken one supplement so I will update my review as I take more. Dr. Brighten is so knowledgeable and I have listened to several of her podcasts and seminars, as well as read her book about healing your body naturally after having a baby. I trust her products and am excited to be nourishing my baby with quality ingredients.

My bottle was broken inside the package.I haven't been able to use it.I'm very disappointed, I couldn't use it.

Good idea, but hard on the stomach
I wanted to like these, however, they really caused a lot of stomach pain. I took two pills three times a day with food.

Bought for hormonal hair loss
Using this to help with hormonal hair loss and to regrow my hair in the spots it has thinned. Been using for 2 months and so far nothing

Helped my hair and nails!
The media could not be loaded. I read Dr. Brighten‘s book and wanted to give her supplements a try. I had gotten off the birth control pill and about six months later I was experiencing a lot of hair loss. I figured I was low on many nutrients that the birth control depleted as shared in the book. These prenatals had the B vitamin complex I needed along with the hope that the biotin would help my hair and weak nails I have been taking these supplements for two months and have seen a huge improvement, I don’t have any side effectsI am not trying to get pregnant right now so I cannot speak to these in regards to fertility, but I’m happy to have found a prenatal already for the day that I need it for that reason.The serving size says six capsules, but I only take three a day and it has been sufficient for me since I’m not taking it as a pregnant woman. The capsules are fairly large, but they are easy to take. I have noticed if you leave a capsule out, the color will change slightly, but there is nothing wrong with it.They have a minor kelp type smell, but it does not bother me. I definitely recommend these if you were looking for a great prenatal!
