Works well

Successfully charged an Arlo 3 Pro with the supplied cable and charge adapter. I only tried one cable and one adapter, but visually the other two look ok. If the other two were broken, I'd still be happy that this is still cheaper then the OEM version. The charge adapter is not weatherproof. It seems like there might be some confusion on that. You need to protect the charge adapter from water. The magnet on the cable is weaker than the OEM one, but it's strong enough to attach. A light tug will release the cable from the camera, which I prefer because just use this to charge the camera in place and I can release the cable without getting a ladder.Edit:. I used both cables and adapters today and they all work. I tried the charge adapter and cable with a Arlo 3 Floodlight. It does charge, but while charging the camera and floodlight are disabled. I feel this is more about Arlo design than this cable so I'm not reducing the rating for this. If you want to charge and use the floodlight simultaneously this won't work.

I got these specifically so that I could charge my Arlo Pro 4 cameras and they work fantastically. I didn't want to have to remove the batteries to charge my cameras and this keeps it quick and easy. I'm not using these for constant charge but they are nice and long with a thick cord for durability if you do choose to use it outdoors for constant charge. The cameras DO still work while they're plugged in as well, for reference. From a charging perspective, they're fast and do a great job. I couldn't find a cord of this quality at the shorter lengths, but it's actually kind of nice to be able to easily just plug it in the wall and bring the cord to the camera instead of vice-versa. Also comes with the wall adapters themselves which is awesome! All in all, they do a fantastic job and were just what I was looking for, highly recommended!

Camera: Arlo - Pro 4 SpotlightI have numerous of these cameras around the exterior of my home, and I bought these cables as a way of having my cameras charge without needing to climb a 3-step ladder and replace batteries once a month. The cables are extremely easy to install...you unbox them and connect them to the bottom of your Arlo Pro 4 camera. The value seemed nice and they held up fine in some thunderstorms. There's only one problem...THE CORDS DO NOT WORK. THEY DO NOT CHARGE THE CAMERA.Listen to the reviews. These cords do not function as they claim. I've ordered 3 cables and none of them work. I verified the camera and outlet for each cable in 3 separate locations of my home, and none of these cables charged my cameras.LISTEN TO US AND DO NOT BUY THESE CABLES. THEY DO NOT FUNCTION. YOU WILL WASTE MONEY.

Right now my cables are working, but I have had issues with them. And I think the issue is with the contacts corroding. Not very visible corrosion, but enough to cause connection issues. Twice I have had problems with the batteries not charging. After a couple tries troubleshooting including changing the power adapter. I cleaned the contacts on the camera end plug. Then they would work. Have had to do it twice now. The contacts are gold colored, but probably doesn't use real gold plating which would not corrode. I have picked up some electrical contact gel to put on the contacts to help reduce the chance of corrosion, but have not applied it yet. That should help these cables out from corrosion issues.

Works perfect for arlo cameras

I have Arlo Pro 4S and this worked well for them. The length is amazing and the magnetic attachment means you can gently pull it and it comes off (several of my cameras need a ladder to reach them). The connection and magnet are good. The fit is not perfect, but it is very easy to make a connection. Compared to Arlo at $50, these are great. Of note, the cord is weatherproof not the charger plug - I believe this is the same for Arlo branded ones as well

I took a gamble and got this to see if it would work with the Arlo Go 2 after trying to find an outdoor waterproof charging cable. Since the Arlo Go 2 is still new, even Arlo doesn't sell the charging cable or spare battery yet. But after doing my own research and comparing the charging pins and size of the magnetic plug from this and the Arlo Go 2, the only difference is that the magnetic plug that comes with the Arlo Go 2 is longer in length. Not sure why Arlo didn't just standardize this plug instead of making one short and the other one longer so that you can just buy the charging accessories that are currently available. Anyway, this one works the same as the plug that came with the camera. No difference except it is shorter in length. Not sure why it has to be longer in the first place as it is not waterproofing anything by being longer. Hope this helps the folks that are trying to figure out a solution to the quick battery drain from the Arlo Go 2 by connecting it to a constant power source if you have one nearby.
