Q: where can I purchase the slide bar, tub spout, and handheld shower head pictured?

The shower head of course, is the 28373000. The hand shower is model #27400000. Thus if you purchase the 26177000, 28373000, and 27400000, you will obtain your hearts desire. No, there is a seal and filter that goes in the shower head, but no restrictor. They are designed and ported to give no more than 2.5 gpm at 80 psi (9.5 lpm).
