Guarantee worthless
I bought this camera in March this year for £1100. 7 months old now and it has has a huge mark over the viewfinder which Sony refuse to repair under warranty. They want to charge me £155.This is the second time I have bought the Sony RX100 and it will be the last time. There are other manufacturers out there who produce good cameras and look after their customers.

Beautiful camera
This camera is delightful. I note that some reviewers are a little picky about this or that, as they always will be, but with the RX 100 vii Sony have created a stunning camera with a host of useful features, housed in a beautifully small and portable package. For anyone looking for an excellent high quality travel camera this one is unrivalled.
