One of the grinders stopped working about 30 days after my initial purchase. That put me just out of the 30 day return window. I was able to contact the vendor and they did right by me and sent me a me west within 3 days of messaging them. the set looks great and works great! Highly recommend

My last pepper mill died recently and I began a lengthy search for a replacement. That’s when I found these. Very solid glass bottle with a solid mill top. They fit in my hand nicely, have some heft to them, pop off/on covers, and adjust for to the desired coarseness. I am very please with this set.

Alright, so the first pair I ordered never showed up. Amazon was great and sent me out a second pair. Initially I absolutely loved these and would consider them a game changer. What I love most is that the salt/pepper comes out the top so when you store these on the counter or in a cabinet, it doesn't make a mess with salt and pepper everywhere, I love that. They are also cute and seem a decent quality. The reason for 4 stars is that after minimal use, the pepper does not grind up very fine. Often it will let a whole peppercorn or large chunk of a peppercorn through which is not super pleasant to bite into. I would say overall the pros outweigh the cons and they were a decent price. I may or may not purchase again.

I spent a day or 2 pondering about which salt and pepper grinder to buy, I wanted something fairly good. This one seemed to have some great reviews and looked like something that would work well. NOPE! Doesnt grind well and what does grind will not come out of the shaker top easily , causing you to give it a good shake and then the whole cover comes off and your food gets doused with salt or pepper. This morning I was grinding salt with the top lid thingy off and the whole thing just fell apart and all the salt from the entire shaker fell on to my eggs. The materials are cheap as well....I would not recommend this set. Im not sure why you cant find decent salt and pepper shakers out there but it seems to be a problem. I guess Im going back to my all in one pampered chef shaker until I can find a replacement that actually works. I would have returned this , but it sat in the box for a while before we started to use it and the window closed....please , don't waste your money on this set...its awful!

The media could not be loaded. It was time to replace old salt/pepper grinders and these are great. Out of the box they are attractive and the glass is thick and sturdy. The tops screw off for easy filling. Once full, adjust to the grind consistency you want. Turn and grind. The adjustable grind settings, and lid with a wide opening or small opening make these super easy and functional to use!

(March 27th 2021) Company responded less than 24 hours after I contacted, they kindly offered to send a replacement, and immediately did so without hassle. I just got around to opening/washing/replacing product... bumped review up to 3 stars for now; if replacement shows better longevity will update stars/review again.(Feb. 7th 2021) Not even 3 months of use and now one of the grinders just spins when trying to use, does not grind. Will try to contact the company to request resolution; will update if/when they respond. Disappointing though- was great while it lasted, but under 3 months is not acceptable.Original Review: Love this set-- very smooth grind at all settings, clean look, love the base that catches any mess and keeps the counter clean. Would buy again or gift to someone with confidence.
