I had ordered for this gel ball for strengthening exercises for my hand as I was suffering from tennis elbow. I had been practicing with the same at the physiotherapy session. Good quality product
Gel ball is small in size but a perfect fit in palm for exercise purpose. Texture and feel of the ball while using it leaves you a good feel and comfort. Outer surface is little bit sticky, advise is to keep the ball in the container after use else it will catch dust in a day or two.Overall I am happy with the product and its quality.
