Rimmel Sunshimmer Instant Tan - Light Shimmer

10 out of 10 for a quick good color on legs that is a wash off. I have tried so many tanning foams, sprays, lotions and this one I keep rebuying! Quick great color for legs!

I am very excited about this product. I am Caucasian with very pale skin. I am also a baby boomer and want to protect my skin from the ravages of the sun for extended periods of time.I discovered this product when I spent a week at my daughter's house. It was in the drawer in their guest bathroom. I decided to try some on my lower arms and was stunned at the instant beautiful tone that it provided.I have used self tanners for years because I'm trying to protect my skin. Every other self tanner I have ever used ended up smelling terrible on me because the of chemical in the tanner, and the chemistry of my body. This is the ONLY one that has absolutely no musky smell to it.It says it washes off and I was sad about that because I wanted it to stay on. The thing is it did not wash off. When I showered, I did not use soap and water on my lower arms, I just rinsed that part with water and it did not wash off. It actually lasted as long as any other self tanner.As a result of the great success I had with this amazing product I went searching for it to purchase my own. Much to my surprise I couldn't find it anywhere locally, and of course I resorted to Amazon. I finally found this product on Amazon and it looks like it's being shipped from overseas.I also went on the Rimmel website and I think this product is being discontinued which breaks my heart. I ordered another one of their self tanners that says it's water-resistant. I'm just hoping this does not have the chemical in it that makes it musky and smelly. We will see.For you individuals out there who want to have a beautiful warm tan that looks absolutely natural, I highly recommend this product. I will also be looking for additional tubes of this to have on hand if it is indeed discontinued by the Rimmel.

I love this product! It’s the perfect shade to have a natural glow. Easy to apply and doesn’t transfer easily to clothing!

On the recommendation from a friend, I purchased this to use when my legs need a bit of color when wearing shorts or dresses. It is (essentially) a tinted moisturizer and it provides nice buildable coverage in seconds. Thankfully, I have not noticed any transfer of color onto my clothing and it comes off instantly when you bathe or shower.

I am 86 years old and have been using this product since I was 16I just lave it because I am pale complected and it gives me some color, also as I aged it doesn’t make any wrinkles look as though it is filled with product.

I love this product. Beautiful color and even application. Make sure to dry and moisturizer your skin after your shower then apply it. It does stain hands a bit but lasts through the next shower. Perfect color golden tan.

I have been using this stuff for years,It gives me a nice golden glow in my pale white skin without going into the sun.Apply with gloves.Highly recommend!!
