First of all, the color was exactly as pictured! The weight is very light and fluffy and I couldn't be more pleased. I can't stand having anything heavy, like a quilt, when I sleep and this is perfect. I am 72 and have arthritis so I don't want to struggle during the night when I turn over and over. It is great for the summer with air-conditioning but will probably work just fine for me this winter with heating. If you live in a really cold climate you might have to add another one. It does come shipped with some wrinkling but a quick pass with a steam iron takes them right out.I ordered this in a full size 2 years ago. It is still wonderful, light and fluffy and my favorite. I just ordered one in a twin size for my sister and it looks exactly like mine today. Great comforter, and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Really love this comforter. It's extremely easy to clean, super soft and cuddly. The red wasn't "to red" it was the perfect color. The only issue I have is although it is a king, it seems like it's not large enough for the bed. I would definitely recommend this product to Moms with small children like mine(3 and 5 months) with grubby little hands lol.

I am on my second of these comforters. The size is really a nice and generous King size, so a few inches longer than other kings. The red is a really rich red, more of a true tomato red than too orangey or burgundy. The fabric is amazing. We have little dogs. With tiny bladders. And they like to sleep with us. Who am I to say no?Anyway, the youngest pee pee boy (who has gotten better about it) has peed on this. Dribbled. Barfed. And more things I won't get into. And I'd say 98% of it wipes right off. And whatever doesn't wipe off comes clean in the washer.I ordered the second one of these as a backup, and because my husband is a blanket hog. Got tired of wrestling for the comforter all night, and now we each have one on our side.The weight of this would be a medium weight. I use something much lighter in the summer. And I am always cold, so use this combined with a blanket in winter.

This is very soft and cozy and washes fairly well (a bit of bunching but nothing overly noticeable). Our dog brought a chew toy on the bed a few days after we got this comforter and it stained. i tried to spot clean, didnt work. I treated the stain again then washed the entire comforter, didnt work. A bit disappointed by the ease of staining since its on a 10 year old boys bed but he isnt likely to mind.

Beware. It's great as long as you don't wash it. Out of the bag I decided to wash it in cold water and air fluff dry since it had a faint odor. What came out of the dryer was two pieces of quilted fabric with big balls of batting in the corners of each square. And the pillow sham was even worse. The entire center of the padded sham was impossibly smashed into one corner. A pity because for the cost it is a decent set of bedding and the right weight and color for what I was looking for.

Many other comforters don't add up to the durability, reliability, and comfort that this does indeed provide. My dogs have a tendency to use it while I am home and at work. They have had "accidents" on others leaving a stain and even worse a smell that won't go away. The others have worn out due to the dogs nails and general use. But not this amazing comforter. It stops any fluid making cleanup a towel off then a simple run in the washing machine, keeping the key under sheets and mattress clean of any fluids. Must buy and use if you are a loving dog owner or simply have problems with liquid spills in bed!

I actually bought this comforter set because of my pets. I have 2 cats and 1 dog.. and when it comes to comforters, they are like pet hair magnets since they sleep on it. I am actually impressed with it and happy I got it. I was concerned about washing it because the instructions say to wash it on a delicate cycle, warm water, however, I own an HE washer and delicate will not do anything for a comforter as it's not meant for bulk items. I was able to change my washer settings to Bulky, warm, and low spin to match the delicate cycle, and it comes out clean and not damaged in my LG washer. It really does feel like a maintenance free comforter at an affordable price. It feels like a good year round comforter, but I think it could get on the really warm side for some people in the hotter months. So if you get heated easily, this may not be for you. This is probably because of how tight the weave is, as doesn't allow a lot of air flow through the comforter. My husband and I find this one okay for warm months so far and that's coming from TX. It's very light making it easy to strip and make the bed. So if you don't want something heavy on you or when you making or stripping the bed.. this is a good deal. Over all, I think I got a great deal on this.

Not the thickest comforter I've ever had but it's warm because of the squares it pretty much hugs my mattress and feels like I'm in a sleeping bag! I had a fear after ordering it that it was going to be a dark black and a dust, hair, etc etc magnet but to my surprise its more a dark gray. Easy clean as long as you follow directions!! if your fear is it says full/queen it's maybe a extra 3" on each side not even noticable unless you have a veryyyy low bed frame and a thin mattress. Only reason for the 4 star It could be thicker as far as the filling.
