The birds seldom used the pretty weathered glass bath I was had before, the kind with all the gaily painted flowers. I have no idea why. But they started using this one after only a couple of days. It's a large size too, so I put a flattish rock in the center for the smaller birds to hop on, which they sometimes do - other times they sit on the rim, craning their necks to sip - so cute! I rinse it nearly every day and give a scrub two or three times a week. Because some reviewers said the colors fade to a gray, I got gray to begin with, and haven't had a problem with fading that I can see, though the bird bath is certainly in the hot, bright sun. A great purchase. If I got a second one, this is the kind I'd get.UPDATE, 5/22: I'm glad I got the gray, since I think that color "weathered" better - after two years it's very faded, but what can you expect in a brutal New England clime? Since my husband thinks getting a heater for birds is a step too far, I've kept this bowl out in the winter. This delights the blue birds, who act like polar bears in feathers, splashing (and I mean SPLASHING!) around even on bitter days when the sun causes a little meltage. Maybe for that reason, it leaked after Year Two, or perhaps it developed a non-visible crack because it's light, and wind, even in summer, sometimes topples it. I don't remember its original cost, but the current $60 price tag seems high (what's not now?), but I'll probably re-order. The leaky one I'll fill with mud to keep under the "bee home" my son gave me for Mother's Day, as the mother bees require mud to seal their egg holes. Well, I tell my husband, isn't this better than getting pygmy goats?

I picked the red charcoal bird bath to replaced on top of my bar outdoor table stand. It is a perfect match and dimensions. This bird bath is light weight not heavy at all. And beautiful bright color. Hopefully this stay on my yard for a long time

I know the listing stated the color will fade over time... but it's been ONE WEEK! that being said, I wanted this as an insert for a metal bath that was rusting. It fits perfectly, it's nice n deep, and I like the shape as it's more area for multiple birds. It seems to stay cleaner than even plastic too. Overall I really like it, just wish the color would've held longer.

More like thick plastic than anything. Design is pretty. But it's not what we expected to get. Thought would be a little heavier. Is overpriced.

Cracked and leaked after short usage. Poorand unresponsive customer service.

Title pretty much says it for me. As you can see from the pictures, both of these were more green than blue. But since the birds don’t care, I’m fine with it.The are very light, which can be a plus or a minus, but the description says as much, so no issue.These seem to be well made and I’m hopeful that they will stand up well to the elements.

The media could not be loaded. This is beautiful, exactly as pictured on Amazon. It looks like clay with its marbling, but the fiberglass means I won’t lose it to 20 degree temperatures in winter( though I will bring it in then) and it is very light and easy to carry with one hand.. It’s deep enough to hold 2.5” of water. It was not on the pedestal five minutes before a robin baptized it. (I was duly happy). I haven’t had to clean it yet but can tell it will be far easier than the Tupperware type bowl it replaced. AND I love the color blue. Plays off the other blues I have I have in my yard. Overall a good product for the money and nicely designed!

The color of the bird bath was very nice, and the weight was light and easy to work with. We ordered the bird bath twice and twice it arrived broken. It appeared simply that the bird bath was not properly protected in the shipping box, very sad. We were not offered another time to replace it, so we are looking at another competitor. It came in an Amazon box and delivered by an Amazon truck :(
