This is a great product if you wear sandals and have cracked heels. they are comfortable and help the heel situation. They are a great value for the money.

This product is so flexible, it fits my size 13 foot. I feel like I'm walking on clouds with this product. My heel pain is gone, my ankles don't swell up anymore. If I have planters fasciitis I use a 2nd gel pad for the front of my foot and my pain is relieved. It's easy to clean with a simple bar of soap. I highly recommend this product

For me, this product did not work. I bought this after watching the TikTok review about these giving relief for doc marten wearers. It actually made everything so much worse. It gave me terrible pain in my feet shooting up my legs after wearing. I washed these before wearing and they either rubbed skin off my feet or it was the product leaving some peeling skin type of residue on my feet after. When I wore again (washed before and after wearing and skin was clean each time), they continue to do this. Also if your feet sweat, work a physical labor job, on your feet all day, or don’t just wear your docs for looks, these won’t work. They slide around, flip up, and scrunch up all day long. So incredibly uncomfortable. These were by far one of my worst purchases ever. I tried to give these a chance but THEY SUCK!

I have used a few different varieties of heel cushions. These fall in the 'mediocre' category.They are easy to put on and feel nice. So, if you need something that is easy to put on due to range of motion or dexterity limitations, these will work well to serve that purpose. However, they are very difficult to keep in place. I like to sleep in them to help keep my heels from drying out and cracking. They do not stay on if you move your feet at all. They will roll up with the slightest drag of your foot across any surface.I tried to wear them under my socks, but they aren't easy to keep in place when putting on a regular sock, either. I also tried wearing them in my sandals and sneakers with and without socks. I couldn't find a way to wear them that was comfortable or without annoyance.When just sitting still and wearing them, they are comfortable, though. So, if that's your plan, these will certainly work.

I bought them for my son who is in ROTC. He walks to school and once a week he has to dress up. He complained about his dress shoes giving him blisters on his heels. We tried bandaids, mole skin, liquid bandage you name it. Nothing was working for him. I just happened to come across the heel guards so I thought it's worth a try so I purchased them. He said that they work great and he has had no issues since using them. I definitely recommend this product.

They do save my heels from being shredded by my work boots. Sadly, each of them only last one or two 8 hour shifts, making them very uneconomic (one box of 4 pairs lasts a week and a half). I'm sure they last fine for casual wear and they feel great. But for work I am having to try to carefully slip the broken slivers into my socks.

I walk 4-5 miles every morning and, despite using cream from my podiatrist, my heels were starting to get dry and cracked from rubbing against my socks and shoes. The first day these came, I put cream on my heels and then put on the cushions and wore them around the house with slippers all day. My heels were smooth! I've been wearing them for a couple of days now just when I take my morning walk and no more pain!!!! You just have to be careful when you put socks on (I use the low ones) that the cushion doesn't roll up. They are so comfortable when I walk!
