I got this for my wife to try out as she likes B&H products. Although the packaging was nice, I didn't feel that the overall product would be worth 5 stars. The scent of the products is really nice, and jojaba is really nice to use.

What a shame, this looked amazing on the picture, ordered in the morning for the same day delivery. I needed the gift for the next morning. It arrived on time but the box was taped. It looked second hand. I paid full price, wasn't going for something cheap but beautiful. Amazon is the seller and they don't mention that the box gift is not new. That is disgraceful As a big seller it is yor duty to play by rules. I called and asked how it is even possible and they offered £5 voucher. This is how they do their business. Please improve yourself, this is not acceptable.
