Also, you have to keep it moving from spot to spot so you don't burn or cause injury. Works great if you follow instructions and take your time. This thing makes life so much easier. For years I’ve battled with the thick, cracked callouses on my heels. I never had the patience or stamina to file them down with a regular file. This gadget mowed them down in about half an hour and it took very little effort. Highly recommended!
