My favorite!
I love this brand of bulgar! It comes in 3 different grinds, so it works in any recipe. I use it for tabbouleh and tomato bulgar pilaf, among other things, and it tastes great in everything!

good quality bulgar.
Makes great tabouli, I use it in bowls alternating with quinoa and other grains. A little pricey, but it all is anymore. Would buy again.

Fiber Rich and Yummy! Cooking Directions
I have fallen in love with bulgur. It is a perfect substitute for rice or potatoes. It works great as a side or as part of the main course and salads. It is definitely too expensive, but I love it so much that I spend the money. There is not any nutritional information on the package or cooking directions. You can easy find both on the Web.Here is how I cook it:- 1 Cup bulgur, 1 1/2 Cup water, A pinch of Kosher salt, A drizzle of olive oil,and a splash of lemon juice (optional)Combine the bulgur with 1 1/2 cups water, salt, a drizzle of oil, and a splash of lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring it to a simmer and then cover and cook it over low heat until tender, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. (Adapted from Martha Stewart recipe)

Great Product - Quick Delivery
Very delicious tabouleh. It was easy to use although no real directions on the bag but I had a recipe already. Very fast delivery. I would buy again. This is a #2 size and would probably buy the smaller grain size next time to try it out.

Good grain, but spelled wrong on the package
It's acceptably spelled bulgar, bulgur, or bulghur, but I've never seen it spelled bulger except here. The description has it spelled bulgur, but the image of the package has it as BULGER. Funny. Also weird that my email spell checker thinks bulger is okay.
