Moen Weymouth Brushed Gold Posi-Temp Shower Trim Kit, Valve Required, including 9-Inch 2-Spray Rainshower, TS32102BG

I ended up getting the Amazon warehouse previously returned version of this to save some money- and it was well worth it!I wanted to update my bathroom that was previously builder-grade fittings. I figured out quickly that unless I wanted to tear out the tile and replace the valve behind the “turn knob” that controls the water, I had to get the Moen positemp valve- Moen also has different valves FYI. In gold, it was either this one, or a very modern one which I didn’t like as I’m going for a vintage retro art deco feel. Taking off the old fittings was a breeze, and I think I just needed an adjustable hand wrench and a screwdriver (few bucks from hardware store if you don’t have one) for bother taking off the old and installing new. I love the extended arched arm for the shower head, it added a few inches of height compared to my old one, perfect for my 6’3” son. It has the plumbing thread tape in the package I believe because I bought extra thinking I’d need it. The valve assembly kit I believe it’s called (turn knob) was super easy to install too. I had it don’t by the time my dad got here from his house to help. I did add some protective sealant around the edge of this part because I didn’t want water to get behind it in the areas of grout lines.I have had no issues at all with this leaking at all. I like that I can flip the switch to the right of the head and it is a harder water pressure, massaging but not too hard. It has preformed well! Installed for months and no issues.The material itself is a nice grade metal, you can tell it’s moen because it is all built to last.The color of it was definitely deeper than in the pictures, and this has been true across the entire moen line for this color. It’s supposed to be brushed gold, but it’s deeper. I actually love the color more.I separately bought a Moen tub spout in the same color because it was cheaper that way, same color exactly.I also removed my tub drain (got a specific tool I learned about on YouTube and it was a breeze to remove) and found a matching drain that was a perfect match as well. I’m very happy with this product and would highly recommend it!It does show water marks (not staining) so you have to wipe it down, but that gives it a vintage feel to me, and it doesn’t bother me.

I had the chrome version of this set in my old house, so when I moved, I immediately swapped out the cheap, builder-grade hardware for the bronze version - it's my one extravagance in this house and has been worth every penny. Even my plumber was impressed with the quality. The oversized shower head is so relaxing after a hard day, and I haven't had any drips or strange noises.

This shower head was like getting a whole new shower in the finest bathroom money can buy. I've stayed at some five star resort hotels in places like Maui and Vegas -- and this beats the heck out of ALL of them. It DRENCHES you and if you have lots of hair to wash like I do -- that cuts down on shower time in a big way. You can switch between multiple sprays. The head is the size of a dinner plate! I have never loved a shower like I love my shower now. If I go on vacation, I'll be pining to return to my shower because I'm convinced there's nothing better out there. We found this shower head in a local showroom and they wanted $900 for it (plus a rinky handheld shower). We found it on Amazon for 1/3 the price and paired it with a Kohler "flipside" handheld shower sprayer -- HOLY GRAIL OF HANDHELD SHOWER SPRAYERS (look for my review on that item). I swear to you that I have the best shower in the world. We had our plumber remove the water saver features and it's like nirvana. I never dreamed I would gush over a shower -- but here I am. Get this combo and you will be in Heaven too.

Looks beautiful in our shower, and provides great water flow. Only down side is our plumber was saying what a heavy piece of metal it is and you risk breaking it if you hang a bathing suit or anything on the head.

We used this shower in our remodeled master bath. What can I say but the quality and look are top notch as we've come to expect from Moen. It has some water saving features which are important, yet it still is able to create good water pressure in the shower via technology embedded in the head. Love it.

This is the shower head that I've always wanted. Looks gorgeous but have not used it yet.

This is the first time i have had a real quality showerhead. It was expensive but worth every penny.
