Keeping temp steady
The original thermostat kept temp perfectly at 170. This one is a little higher and floats higher before coming back to normal temp.

WARNING - can easily kill your engine
Minne stock CLOSED which damn near destroyed the motor from overheating. I nearly avoided a blown head gasket and a warped head. A bunch of check engine codes popped up after overheating, and I am yet to deal with it.Can't return this item since Amazon simply does not cover anything that happens 30 days after purchase, and I had to go through the entire ordeal of troubleshooting, draining the radiator, etc.This is nuts.
