These are amazing for post hysterectomy!They do look freakishly large and like they would be uncomfortable but they are not.The mix that provides the cooling stays liquidy and helps the pad conform to your body. They don't seem like they get very cold as you handle them but they are the perfect temperature for the area, a normal ice pack would be too cold and require something thick to wrap around.The pad is soft and similar material to any other menstrual pad, the adhesive strip works much better than any I've encountered on a menstrual pad.The first time you sit after putting one of these on feels weird at first but I found that sitting right away helped it conform to my body perfectly. Walking around while wearing one of these made moving around so much easier and helped the swelling reduce so much quicker. These stayed in place while walking, sitting, laying down, and while shifting and semi-wiggling to get up.These really have been a life saver during my recovery. I had started to regret buying them a week or so before my surgery, thinking I wouldn't need them and it would be a waste of money but I am so so SO glad I had these on hand.

I got a 2nd degree tear following my natural birth and so sitting down caused some discomfort in the first few weeks after birth. This product’s cooling effect is quite effective with pain relief. I only wish there was more in the pack as I went through it quickly. Get one of these for your hospital bag mama!

I saw everyone was talking about this product and I decided to purchase it for when I had baby. It has a tingling sensation but it really helped with my perineal pain and discomfort.

The content & amount of this product was just the right amount. This product cools really well. I bought this to help me out with some swelling issues from a surgery. This product really helped me out. The directions are easy; and these are easy to use.

These are so good! I actually use them to wipe postpartum. I don’t put them in my underwear.

These are amazing. In the hospital you’ll receive round disks which easily fall into the toilet and do not maintain their moisture as well. These are the perfect size, length, and moisture for comfort and ease of use. I HIGHLY recommend!

I recently bought these for a friend for her PP bathroom baskets and when she asked what they were, I realized most of the products for after baby aren’t as talked about!These are the best and by far my most used for both PP experiences.You simply take out the liner, place it on your pad or in your diaper, and you’ll get immediate cooling relief without having to spray or rub on a cream.They are also great to throw in your diaper bag and take with you while you’re on the go for your first couple weeks post birth!
