Having both an absorbent pad and an instant cold therapy pack in one is extremely convenient and provides immediate relief when it’s needed most. The cooling effect is soothing and really helps with discomfort. They are easy to activate and simple to use, which is important during a time when you don’t want to deal with anything complicated. The absorbency is also very good, so they work well as a regular postpartum pad while also providing that added comfort. The size and coverage feel appropriate, and they stay in place without shifting too much. These pads honestly saved my life postpartum. I was healing from a second degree tear and was incredibly uncomfortable. Sitting, standing, even just trying to relax felt impossible. These cooling pads were the only thing that actually gave me real relief. They get cold fast and stay cold for several hours. I love that they’re big enough to wear comfortably with all of the things I added on top of it like witch hazel foam. I could finally sit without wincing, which felt like a miracle at that point. I was even able to comfortably wear jeans with them. What I love most is how easy they are to use. No freezing and no prepping you just crack them, shake them, and they’re ready. When you’re postpartum and barely surviving on sleep, simple things like easy comfort matter. If you’re recovering from a v birth, especially with tearing, these are a must have. I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through those first 4 weeks without them.

I find these to be very comfortable and super soothing. They’re very absorbent and stay put. I pair them with the Frida mom briefs and they’ve been my favorite for postpartum

You need these! They are absolutely amazing for anyone postpartum. They helped with my swelling and my comfortability with sitting down. They don’t move once they are put in place and they are compatible with most disposable underwear. I did not leak out of these at all so I would say they are full coverage.!

Must for new moms! Soothing... It takes a few minutes to get cold tho so be aware..

The cold therapy feels amazing and really reduces swelling and relieves the pain at peri stitches. They’re super easy to activate. I just wish they lasted a little longer and were a bit more affordable. Still, a must-have for postpartum moms.

If you have a vaginal delivery, these are great. They are a little bulky, but you will not care postpartum. I ended up needing to order more because I wore them for longer than 3-4 days

Love these, super easy to use and comfortable for any type of post appointments. super cold and stay cold for a good amount of time. They are very absorbent, I never had to worry about bleeding through one.
