And you’re not gonna be able to replicate it by taking the active ingredients and going out and getting it. Trust me, I have tried!! They have figured it out for us and I want to say thank you to whoever invented this product! Please Stockmoor and stop running out!!

Let me start by saying I really like Hum products and will continue to buy them. I’m so disappointed with this one. With in the first few days I could tell it messed my digestion system and I needed fiber- never have I taken fiber before but this slowed my system for some reason. This was after I decided to take half the dose daily to see if that would remedy, it did not. I continued taking 1 pill instead of the recommended two and have needed fiber every day. I couldn’t tell a difference in my skin/appearance. Disappointing to even leave a review like this consider how much I’ve liked their other products. I won’t buy this one again :(

I have been taking this for almost a year, and I’ve noticed a difference in my mood/energy, as well as my skin’s appearance. Also, when I go outside, my skin seems less sensitive and does not burn as easily (of course I also have SPF on!).

I’m a HUM-for-life believer. I use all of the HUM products and my nails and hair have never been healthier.

Quality is poor and the product has done nothing good. I've started breaking out which I've never done, haven't changed products, and don't have sensitive skin. Not sure what the point of this was but after almost a month I've stopped taking these.

So far I’m liking. I feel like I am slowly seeing a difference but want to give full 3-6 months.
