Great Look for a Great Price
I built a whole shelving unit using Brooklyn Pipe parts. I had no threading issues or fitting issues. The pipes are to size with strong threads. The support pipes are strong yet lighter than standard piping you would find at a box store. The backplates matched up with the threading of the pipes, along with all the other fittings. Everything was hand tightened, no need for a wrench. Using Brooklyn Pipes saved me a lot of money when doing this project. If I would have used a box store, I would have spent an extra $150 dollars. Great product, good price.

Reasonable Price!
As others have written, they came covered in oil/grease and I had to wash all of them with detergent. A small price to pay since the local hardware stores wanted almost $10 for each flange!

Unions that work
I need a black pipe unions for a schedule 80 wall project I was doing. These were readily available and were the right size for what I needed. Plus they were a good price. They worked out well and the project is coming out nicely.

Very nice, but not for water use.
These are very attractive items and can be used for their designed purpose. Do keep in mind that they are much lighter weight than the ones regular used for water pipe. That means they are not as strong a nor appropriate for high pressure use. That said I think they could be used for many decorative purposes around the home.
