Great product
I installed this compressor with all the included hardware. It was easier than I thought and after cleaning the system and vacuuming the lines it works great.

Works as Advertised
It's been almost a year and it still blows ice cold. And that is one Arizona summer. No leakage issues, no fit issues. Clutch engagement is nice, crisp and solid, with about the same current draw as initial install. And the operation is nice and quiet, with about the same power draw from the engine as the initial install.For the price I can't ask for much more.

Top Notch Product!
Fit perfectly in my 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV with rear air. Arrived vacuum sealed with about 2 oz of PAG oil in it which you are supposed to discard and refill to your level. As a former aircraft mechanic and Supplier Quality Auditor I'm extremely fussy about the products I receive for my vehicles and am usually disappointed. Not so with this product! It arrived clean as a whistle, well packaged and preserved. The castings were all straight as an arrow with no nicks or other discrepancies. The paint was perfect with no voids or bubbles. The wiring was well done, secured and had a nice protective sheath around it. I can't say enough good about this compressor except to say that I wish other automotive manufacturers would get onboard with what this company is doing.If you are a DIY'er be sure and check out the selection of vacuum pump / AC manifold packages. I bought mine for well under $100 for the pair! Plenty of YouTube videos out there to help you do this yourself.Don't forget to order the seals as it doesn't come with any. I bought the variety pack for $10 and they fit perfectly. Also my 2007 Escalade specified PAG 46 double end capped oil. Be careful to know your spec as DEC is a much better oil and the last thing you want to do is feed your new compressor cheap oil and have it fail again.I'm so happy to have my AC back at a fraction of dealership cost!

Works Great
The installation should be performed by a skilled mechanic. My only issue with the compressor is that it didn't come with a pressure cutoff switch pre-installed ; I had to bypass mine which is not recommended. Once I got it installed and charged the system it works great blowing cold air. Unless you are just wanting to go back with original equipment I would highly recommend this compressor to save yourself some money.
