The schisandra extract adds the grounded and calm quality to this blend. Excellent. However, too much use (Twice daily for a week or longer) will cause constipation and slower bowel movements.

I've been pretty let down by many of the "Calming" or "Focusing" hype for herbal supplements.But this stuff seems to work. It may take a few hours, but there seems to be a unique and distinct physical and mental calmness brought on, but without the typical herbal dulling, sleepy or de-motivating effects. Just calm clarity and a bit of energy, maybe with a subtle mood lift, and, most noticeably, a very distinct body lightness.I'd give this 5 stars if only it was more reasonably priced, or came in more affordable 30 cap bottles or sample packs - since $35 is a lot to risk on another herbal letdown (and people tend to have varied reactions to ginseng to begin with).

Don't waste your money after me. A double espresso from Caribou works. This stuff don't.

Works great, doesn't make me jittery. Keeps me alert and calm. I do see an improvement in my stress levels, I'm happier 😁
