It's perfect for a preteen.
This was the Perfect life jacket for my 75 lb. grand-daughter. Nothing else fit correctly or gave the correct amt of protection like this life jacket did. I'm so thankful we finally found this one!

Bought for my daughter. The youth size was too snug. The only think I DON’T like about this life jacket is the foam on the sides! Makes her bulky. My sons life jacket the sides are just nylon.

Fits great! For those complaining that it runs small, you’ll notice they’ve all based their reviews on their WEIGHT. That’s not going to give you an indication of its fit, just its buoyancy capabilities. Use the MEASUREMENTS instead for ensuring a proper fit.Remember folks… 90lbs on a person that’s 4’ tall is much, much different than 90lbs on someone that’s 5’ tall… 😉

BEWARE, Not a jacket for teens…
I bought this cute life jacket for my 100lb teen and guess what? It absolutely did not fit her small frame although it’s described to fit a teen weighing 90-120lbs. False advertising! Then to add insult to injury, Seller only refunded me half the money back, charging me a RESTOCKING FEE UPWARRDS OF $23.00, consumers be smart about your Money and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
