Well worth trying a lessor-known brand in the cosmetics field! Very nicely made. Chamber fits snug with the cap, brush bristles are wonderful and just the right firmness, and finish is nicely polished. Glad that I ventured ahead and got three brush finishes before "trying" the product. It worked out really well. Some well known cosmetic brands are not offering a travel brush anymore but this one is well worth ordering online.

FINALLY!! The perfect lip brush has been found! I had just about given up trying to find one after MANY years of trying and here it is! The brush hairs are firm enough that it just doesn’t flop or bend around but also is not stiff and rigid or uncomfortable. It’s large enough to cover applying lipstick quickly without being pointy taking forever to cover the lips...and pointy ones just bend around doing nothing which some people like for lining lips but I’ve found that useless and use a lip liner pencil instead. The brush is safely covered in it’s case when not in use and is attractive in the gold color. Will order another one so that I will have one to carry in my purse and one for my brush holder at home.

I have always been bothered that I ended up throwing away a perfectly good lipstick after reaching the point when I couldn't apply it directly to my lips because it was worn down to the edges of the tube. I bought this lipstick brush so that I could access that remaining lipstick. It has been a phenomenal success in this regard. Now I am getting at least twice the use of any lipstick.Of course, any lipstick brush could do this. I like this particular one because it is attractive and sleek and takes up little space. These things interest me because my purse and my travel kit are already crowded. I also love the fact that it is not black, because finding black items inside my black-lined purses has always been a nuisance. This brush works really well and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a lipstick brush.

I hardly ever use lip brushes, but i was getting down to the very end of my favorite lipstick and i wanted to use it all, even the tiny bit that was left. I like the retractable ones with the lid, this one worked fine for me. Decent price also, even if it breaks or the brush gets stiff, i would just buy another one from here. I would recommend this brush.

Perfect when applying dark lipstick

I’m surprised this lip brush received as many glowing reviews as it did, it didn’t work for me. At all.Removing the cap and placing it over the bottom end of this retractable brush is what pushes the brush out. Simple enough. However the only way I could keep my brush from slipping right back into the case, was to keep tension at the edge of the outer cap while holding the part of the case containing the brush head... essentially forcing it to hold the end up. Unfortunately having to do that makes it impossible to hold the brush naturally (as you would, say, a pencil), and therefore detailed work like applying lipstick becomes more cumbersome.Additionally, from one attempt at trying to use the brush, the outer cap which pushes the brush out had made a chipped/black ring around the “gold” colored case. It looked awful. I definitely expect clear and obvious wear from a >$10 item, just not within 15 seconds of removing it from the box.Finally, the bristles were poor quality (even at this low price) and just didn’t work effectively unless the objective was to scratch and irritate my lips instead of apply lipstick.I truly didn’t have high expectations for an inexpensive, low-tech item such as lipstick brush... but for it not work at all? From the first moment I removed it from the box? It’s a bit disappointing.I order hundreds of items from Amazon yearly and very rarely do I return anything... even when I’m not 100% pleased... and especially at a price point this low... but I’m making an exception for this brush.

Brush may be used to get all of the lipstick out of a tube. Became more important to me when my favorite shade was discontinued! The fact the brush is retractable and has a cap is definitely a plus.
