I've tried a few different types of strap to keep my glasses on during sport, and these do the job. Sometimes the weight of the connection at the end of the strap makes my glasses feel slightly uncomfortable, but with a little bit of adjustment it's usually then OK. It probably comes down to personal choice with these things, and they are inexpensive enough. Try them out, and if they don't work for you, then try a different type. The main thing is that they stop my glasses falling off during sport when I get sweaty.
