I have two large dogs (not really long haired) and even though I brush them twice a week I still get an entire dust bin full of dog hair and dust very day with the Robo Rock S4. Recently one has been on a small digging spree so when I empty the dust bin I get the "filter is clogged" message. Even the morning after the house has been vacuumed by conventional methods the Robo Rock collects a dust bin full of dog hair. I can't tell you how in love I am with the Robo Rock!!! I didn't realize that I was knee deep in dog hair until the Robo Rock came into my life.Weird that I am I put these filters in a laundry bag on the gentle cycle to clean them. Yes, I know that isn't recommended but I am always looking for a quicker and better way to clean these things. Since it is nearly impossible to removed all the dust they collect by hand washing I decided to give the washing machine a go. I don't own a dishwasher as one reviewer mentioned she had used. I think that would be another good alternative with exception of the heat cycle. Detergents can leave a residue, even on your clothing, so don't use but a tiny amount of detergent if you try my washing machine method. One has to pad the filters with say a hand towel or other delicate items or the filters get a little banged up even on the delicate cycle. I rinse the visible dust out of the filter prior to using the washing machine. Sometimes the rubber gaskets gets displaced. Do NOT put them in the dryer! No amount of hand washing cleans them as well. Of course they won't last as long and I do have to buy more every few month but these are so inexpensive that I don't mind.If you are looking for HEPA capabilities I wouldn't recommend my unusual method of washing these things because as I mentioned earlier the rubber gasket can get slightly displaced after repeated washings. Frankly I think the whole HEPA thing is more a marketing strategy than truth. One would have to practically hermetically seal their house, buy very expensive HEPA capable filters for your furnace, never open windows or doors etc to achieve true HEPA filtration.I would recommend these over the brand, the price point is excellent and have purchased multiple times over the last year.

I was skeptical about purchasing these because of the price but after reading some positive reviews I decided to give them a try. When they arrived the quality and material seemed really solid. They even fit perfectly into my Roborock S4. The only difference I noticed was this aftermarket one has a mesh layer (in the close up picture) that prevents the dust and debris to build up into the folded pleats which makes it WAY easier to clean and last much longer than the OEM ones that don’t have the mesh layer! Having a cleaner filter lets the vacuum run more effectively as well. I will definitely be purchasing these again.

These filters seem to be as good as the original Roborock parts. They fit well and as far as I can tell they trap dirt just as efficiently with good airflow to optimize vacuum performance. Like the Roborock filters, they have a mesh "pre-filter" on top of the HEPA layer. I guess this is a good design but it does make cleaning the pleated HEPA layer a challenge. I simply reverse-vacuum the pleats pulling the dirt off through the mesh or dirty side. Sometimes I use a soft brush as I'm vacuuming and/or I tap the filter on a hard surface as I'm vacuuming. Either way, I'm able to get months of service. Just hold the filter up to a bright light to see the areas that need extra attention.

I haven't had a chance to use the filters and brushes yet because I'm still using the originals that first came with the vacuum but everything looks comparable to the ones that come with the vacuum. The rollerbrush looks comparable, the side brushes look comparable, the only difference being that these are white. Now the filters. Let's talk about the filters.If you buy this set for anything, buy it for the filters because these are even better than the brands own filters. What makes these filters different and superior to the originals is the mesh covering that covers the filter folds. I love this because that mesh will help block some of the dirt and pet hair that gets sucked up from getting deeply embedded in the folds of the filter. With the original filters I find myself having to vacuum them out often because of the cat hair that gets embedded in there. The filters included in this set have a mesh covering to help prevent that from happening. I really wish the original filters had this feature and frankly, I'm not sure why they don't. So although, yes, the brushes are very good, equal to the quality of the originals but the filters blow the originals out of the water.

I am writing the review for the filters as I have not used the other parts yet but they look identical to the OEM parts.I read the reviews about a foam pre-filter that they only came with the 5 pack and not with the two pack but on ex examining the filter there is a thin clear screen covering the filter I find it to be excellent way to stop the filter from being clogged and easier to brush off. and also every week or two I use my air compressor to blow it out so I should not be changing them too frequently.

The pack is really inexpensive compared to the OEM replacement parts, but the filter is poor quality. Lots of other reviews are raving about the little mini-screen pre-filter, but it's pretty terrible. It just makes it harder to clean the actual filter, and the filter lets dust get out in the back, as evidenced by the exhaust side getting dirty.I'd stick with the OEM replacement parts.

Works perfectly. This is the second set I ordered over the past year. They are so cheap, I don't even bother washing them (which has caused errors in the past)
