BUYER BEWARE
Bought two laptops one did not have a windows license. This should have been on the laptop. One had the license one did not. You purchase two laptops from the same store and they have different licenses. Neither laptop was updated as well. All these thing should have been taken care of before being sent to customer that is unacceptable and then to charge me a restocking fee. SO BUYER BEWARE. The fact that I had to spend hours updating and one did not have the license is why I sent them back and the one start is the RESTOCKING FEE that hey charged.

Defective computer, don’t buy from Cardinal!
The laptop is defective, when you stop typing the cursor moves, I returned it as being defective and the seller charged me a restocking fee $95.80 because I returned it, not because I changed my mind, but because it’s defective. It’s a refurbished laptop, but suppose to be repaired and work as new. I should be refunded the restocking fee because the laptop is defective. When I contacted the seller Cardinal, they said to reboot it back to mfg doec’s that didn’t work.
