Dries Quickly on Balloons, Color is Even and Opaque
This review is more for the balloon twisters out there because I only use this marker on latex balloons. If you're looking to draw on dark colored balloons, or add whites to character's eyes on your creations, the Uchida DecoColor works great. The marker goes on smoothly, dries very quickly, and looks great on all balloon colors. I usually only use the markers for character eyes and occasionally layer this under other colors to make them really pop (such as on black as a base color for the red hourglass on a widow spider). Other colors layer very well on top of the white ink once dried. The white looks very smooth and looks beautifully opaque with minimal streaking. Overall, great paint pen to add to your balloon twisting arsenal.

Great For Writing on Plastic, Wood, and Metal
This review is for White paint only although I'm fairly sure that the other colors will work as well.I got two of these in white so that I could write our address on our two plastic garbage/recycle cans." I also needed them to number brown and black wooden bluebird nest boxes on a two-mile hiking trail in our open space.Of course, they did very well on plastic. I was more concerned about wood. Since it's filled with paint, it worked very well even on old porous wood. It did require going over the numbers twice, but now the white numbers can be spotted from some distance. Last, I used the pen on metal cabinets, and it was a snap to label them.Note: After shaking, press and HOLD the point down on a surface until you see the paint.

It works
It does work; give it a good few shakes, and you will need to hold the tip down for a while to let the ink flow down. I do wish there were thinner sizes for the applicator tip, because the ink flows so fast/unevenly. That said the ink is a good thing texture that should cover wit one stroke. I used it over black water color and it covered the dark color completely, and didn't mix on the mildly wet canvas. Dries relatively quickly.

Not bad, but be careful when painting.
Not bad. When open it at the first time, you can find the point is totally dry. Shake well and press down the point to let the paint come out. But be careful, press very slightly, or the paint will leek everywhere. Try it on a paper before you formally writing or painting.

Very Opaque and Long Lasting!
I do hand written signs and calligraphy as a side business and have tried ALOT of paint markers! This is by far the most opaque white marker I have ever used. I do not have to go over my letters more than once, and I have yet to have this marker leak on me. I used to only use the Sharpie brand ones, but the last few I got leaked on some of my work and started to run out and get dull quickly. The only thing that might make me use another brand would be that this one is glossy and almost makes the paint look shimmery. I think it looks nice, but if you want it to be matte, this is not for you.

No drip pen!!!
I was pleasantly impressed with this product. I’ve used paint markers before and had issues with the cap not sealing correctly and/or leaks. This product did either. As I used it to label my electrics it glad smoothie across multiple surfaces including brick and metal and aluminum with the greatest of ease. I was even more impressed that it didn’t clump skip or leak as I wrote on items. There was a slight smell of pain but not too overwhelming or uncomfortable it quickly dissipated and dried even quicker. Great product!!!

LOVE IT!
I used it to write a quote on my grad cap and it worked so well! You might need to write several layers, but overall a great paint pen, save some money and definitely buy this one.
