It has a very mild coconut taste and because of the good flavor I drink a lot more water. I drink 32 ounces of non flavored water a day and drink two of the coconut drinks because they have the electroyites in them. They do contain calories so I limit how many I drink. If they did not have calories I would drink them all day long.

I am happy with the fast delivery service and the coconut water is refreshing! It really helps with dehydration! I think I like it much better than the alkaline water. I like that the product came in individual cardboard containers of the coconut water with a screw on top so if you don’t have to finish it all at once and then you could refrigerate it as well and they’re not glass so I don’t have to worry about dropping them and breaking them and products very tasty
