Is the bottle nitrogen sealed like the Motul brake fluids are?

They have the typical air tight foil seals, not sure if they have nitrogen gas in the bottles however...

How does this fluid hold up on a hydraulic clutch setup on a T56/LS1 combo on an LS7 clutch?

I don't believe you will have any problems with this fluid in your application. Will not mix with silicone dot5!

Can I use this with a 2003 is300?

2003 is300 service manual recommends DOT3 brake fluid; RT700 is compatible with DOT3 (DOT4 has higher requirements for wet and dry boiling points). However, unless you track this car and/or drive spiritedly pretty much all the time, you may want to consider a good standard DOT3 or 4 fluid. High performance race brake fluid tends to absorb moisture significantly faster than a standard fluid, which requires more frequent flushes. Folks who track or race their vehicles will flush their brake fluid often, so the accelerated moisture absorption rate is not as much of an issue. With that said, I use this fluid in my track car and absolutely love it - consistent, hard pedal and have not been able to boil this fluid (unlike pretty much every other fluid except Castrol SRF). But I flush my fluid twice per year.
