Can i add this to my veichles gas tank even if i’m using 93 octane chevron gas that has techron additive in it?

According to the documentation on the label on the can it is compatible with all fuel types.

Does it come with a BG funnel?

If it doesn't advertise that it comes with a funnel then it doesn't come with one.

Whats the difference between the gold can and the silver one?

I believe the silver ones are the newest edition. BG reformulates from time to time.

Is this safe for any GDI with a turbo?

Not sure. I used it in a Supercharged Jag, as it is their recommended product.
