The Helen Harper tampons provide you with maximum discretion and security. Easy to use when you go to the pool or beach or just under your day to day clothing.Change the tampon every 4-8 hours or more often if needed.If after this time, white fibre is still visible, try a lower absorbency. The tampon can be more easily removed when fully saturated.A lot of women change the tampon too quickly because they are afraid of leakage.
