Blue Diamond Gluten Free Almonds, Honey Roasted Chipotle, 6 Ounce

These are an interesting twist on the classic honey roasted nut. They have the typical honey roasted look and texture. Like a light coating of honey and sugar, but with the addition of mildly spicy chipotle pepper. Just a hint of that smoked chili pepper flavor and very mild heat level, not spicy. Nice for someone who wants a little crunchy sweetness and exotic flavor without eating full blown candy.I consider these a win for being a nice blend of chili pepper flavor to compliment the sweet honey and crunchy, nutty almonds.

These almonds are delicious and have a little sweetness to them, thanks to sugar not honey. I will purchase these again because I do like the flavor and they are healthier than candy of pastries for a snack. I would prefer if they used actual honey for the flavor, or change the name to Cinnamon Sugar Almonds. I am not a fan of manufacturers when they advertise a flavor, but don't actually use that to flavor it because they want their product to sound healthier, that is why only 4 stars. The product itself is really tasty, so just call it what it is.

These are delicious. If you like cinnamon, go for it! I just don’t know why they are now ten bucks instead of the four bucks I paid last year. Are they discontinued and there is price gouging going on for what’s left in stock? Idk. But they are yummy and I ordered some for my cousin anyway. She loves them even more than I do! And that’s saying something!

Disappointing. Very light Cinnamon flavor, more just honey roasted flavor. There was a lot of spice "powder" in the bottom of the can which I eventually dumped in my mouth hoping that was where all the cinnamon was, but no luck. The almonds were fine, just don't expect a lot of flavor. It was $4.00 which is a good price for this particular size can so no complaints there.

These arrived in a timely manner and I liked that 2 of the 3 cans were sealed in plastic for freshness. However, I ordered these because I like 'chipotle' flavored items and I just could not detect any 'heat' at all. Just a mild sweetness? If you like honey roasted, you may enjoy these, but I like a 'kick', so I'll be going back to my wasabi flavored almonds next time.

Flavor sounded delicious, but in all honesty? Too much honey, not enough chipotle. While a little spicy and smokey, they have little chipotle flavor, and were sweeter than I wanted. My brother agreed.

Nothing negative on the flavor, just very subtle. I have been eating the "Bold" versions of Blue Diamond almonds and these are pretty bland by comparison.
