I don't like applesauce because I don't like apples. I add this to applesauce to make it tastier. OK, I know its all sugar, but at least I eat some form of apples that I wouldn't ordinarily eat. Better idea: wait until after Valentines Day and purchase all of the many leftovers in the markdown cart at the local grocery store. I usually can get a 12 oz. package for 50 cents if my timing is right, and they hold forever.

Love these for a passed down family receipe called Red Hot Salad made with applesauce and lemon jello mix for holidays. I could not find in stores anymore these work great for receipe.

Great flavor, just the right amount of heat, but too expensive. I bought a bag for Valentines Day and loved them. I would like to buy them on a regular basis, but will only be buying them on special occasions due to the price.

I always use red hots in my homemade apple sauce. I know that sounds odd but my grandmother always added them to her homemade canned apples and apple sauce so now I do too. Especially in the fall when you want that sweet cinnamon kick. They’re great for baking.

Wonderful Cinnamon flavor but the heart shapes are not consistently shaped as hearts. And VERY expensive. I wish I hadn’t opened them so I could have returned them but I’ll use them on cookies anyway.
