Cheap & Defective Product
This backpack came in a taped up plastic bag that had been opened by someone else previously. It was shipped to me with a broken clip. It wasn't damaged during shipping, because the broken off piece wasn't in the bag. I attempted to contact this seller last week about it, and they never responded to me. Don't buy anything from this seller!

Faulty zippers
I was very dissapointed both sets zippers split and there is no way to get them back on run. I used the back for one outing and that was all it took I did not overload the back in any way.

good bag
Product was well constructed..plenty of pocket and space. Not so large in size. Great for travel and hiking. Did come with a flag..would buy again.
