Q: Are y'all not making the Kanas Pro anymore? I love my set and recommend them to others often, but it seems like they've been replaced by the KXXS.

They discontinued the KP. The KXXS is the replacement

Q: Are these louder than urbeats earbuds. Cause those have 128db i think and these 110?

I think the answer you seek resides more so in the question "how much power can my audio player output?". Off of my LG V20 the Kanas Pro (former to the KXXS) is loud enough at 65% and if I use my full amplifier system, I can even find comfort at 25% volume output. So in otherwords more than likely it should be fine, but since that is subjective you should figure out if perhaps your audio device is providing sufficient power for your personal needs.

Q: How do yyou determine the L and R? I don't see any markings

Very faint marking on the connector by pins. Look for an R and an L. They are clear like the rest of the pin connector.
