The media could not be loaded. PROS: You can see from my two photos that this lamp is a stunning addition to my bedroom decor. I looked at 100s of lamps before selling upon this style, which absolutely looks like another companies lamp that sells between 600 and $1000. I bought two of these lamps, and place them flanking my king size bed; each one is on a nightstand. The satin brass base is elegant and helps give a modern glam/art deco look, it’s hefty and very well-made. The strings and fabric wrap add even more elegance. It’s truly functional art!It is so exceptional and I hire recommended to anyone who is seeking to elevate their space.CONS: Well, each piece on its own is made of quality materials. I had troubles, finding two lamps that were identical in terms of fit and finish. I bought three of them, and found that two had a soft satin brass bass, while the other one had a very bright satin brass base that looked garish because it didn’t match the other one. So had to return it and get another lamp to try and fix that problem.Also note that there is a hollow column that runs from the top to the bottom of the lamp in the middle it should be clear. One of the three lamps had splotches of a dark gray haze, up-and-down the inside of that hollow corridor! I saw a little bit of it, and my second lamp but it’s not as discernible. The third lamp thankfully, did not have any gray particulate, running up and down the hollow center.Was it worth sending lamps back and playing roulette wheel to get another one that didn’t have issues absolutely 1000% it’s worth a time and effort for me to get two lamps that have the same color base and don’t have particular in the middle. I have achieved that goal and I’m beyond thrilled.

I was a retailer for many years, and I sold a lot of lamps. The photos of this one looked good, and upon arrival, it was that and more. Satin-finish brass base, molded glass body, nice heavy chain pulls to match base, decent shade. It came with two LED bulbs which I will replace because they aren’t bright enough. Overall, it matches the quality of a pair of lamps I purchased from Neiman last year for $600 each. I can definitely recommend these as a high-end look for an amazingly low price. The shade (just like my Neiman shades) were not the quality of yesteryear, but that’s what we’ve come to in the lamp business today. Even so, this lamp is a great buy.

I bought this as a "used like new" item and that phrase was spot on. I bought it for a house I am renovating, and although I still have more basic improvements to do, I was eager to see how some nice furnishings would look there.It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It looks very elegant and provides lots of light.

These lamps are beautiful but unfortunately the size was not right for my night stands and I had to return them.

We ordered this for our daughter’s college house. It is such a beautiful lamp and It took me no longer than 5 minutes to assemble. The lamp is heavy, the acrylic and gold base is very pretty, the shade is nice as well. It came with two bulbs, but I have yet to open them. Overall the lamp quality is amazing. I definitely recommend this Jonathan Y lamp 5 out 5 stars!

I love this lamp. The low price point worried me that it might be cheap quality. After reading the reviews I decided to order it for my office. I'm so glad I did. It is heavy and solid. The finish is a sophisticated brushed gold. The double light bulbs provide great light and the pull chains are smooth operating. I am an interior designer and typically I purchase higher-end lamps and accessories, but now that I know about this brand, I will look at their product line first for future needs.

Lamp looks exactly like the photo. It's got a beautiful type of harp I haven't seen. and Manufacturer even included the recommended light bulbs. Impressed. Cord is not plastic. It's soft material. I'm impressed. Bought a lot of Ethan Allen in the past. But no more.

Wonderful quality, these look like $300 lamps, I would highly recommend.
