It works but you must take care of it
This is my first travel flosser and I think I chose a winner. It's strong water force so you need to be careful around your tongue area you know that soft part under the tongue it does bruise with the force of the flosser. But it's excellent I'm getting those food in between your teeth out and it works very well and forcing plaque and old tartar. It is effective. The only con is you have to refill it and you must make sure you keep it clean and dry once you're done. So that does take extra time.

Brush attachment not working
Overall, the water flosser works as described., but we have a problem with the brush attachment: Whenever we try to use the brush attachment, the water pressure pushes it right off so we can't use it at all. The other attachments work fine, so wither the brush attachment is clogged or it is poorly engineered. - Not sure about battery life yet because we only use it for traveling.

Works well
The only issue my wife had with this product was after a length of time, the pickup tube developed a dirt/mold problem that could not be cleaned. She only used bottled water in the tank and wiped/ dried after every use. She finally threw the thing away because she couldn't clean it.

Maybe better off as a pressure washer
Probably better off a pressure washer, even the soft setting hurts. The normal setting may serate your gums. Very painful. Also can't get the attachments to stay out. I hear it click and it comes out spraying my whole bathroom lol not happy

Tip removal procedure
How do you remove the tip? The lever came out or maybe broke and it takes a strong arm to pull the tip off.

Not a great product
I bought two of these water picks. Fell in love immediately. But over time they both broke the same way. Within six months. The end piece to the water sprout breaks off into the water hole. I can’t get it out. Can’t use it.
