Perfect for travel and work
I bought one for a friend to carry as a tool bag and one for my husband to use for travel and work. The insulated lunch box in front keeps things cold for even the longest 12 hour travel days. The many compartments can hold laptops, files, tablets and any other electronics you need. The USB port is great-no rummaging in the bag. It’s literally my husband’s desk.As a tool bag it’s super sturdy and can hold lots of hand tools and supplies for estimates. Not heavy on its own, so you can load it up and not have the added pain of a heavy pack.I might get one for myself as a weekend travel bag.Love them!

10/10 RECOMMEND
Very durable! Spacious & easy to organize! Bought it for my husband to carry to work & he loves it! He's able to keep his lunch warm/cold without spilling everywhere & also take the things he needs for the job without having to carry multiple bags!

After 1 year of use...
I think it's important to write reviews on this sort of product after extended usage. I've had this for just over a year and in that time it has been to my work numerous times as well as on many trips including on planes, trails, and outdoor recreational activities.Capacity - Honestly if you need more capacity than this bag offers, you should probably be using a roll around. Even with a pretty large lunch, you can still fit so much in this bag. The pockets are well organized so if you get in the habit of always putting your most needed items in the same place, you should have no problems with quick access.Insulation - The insulation is good, but at this price point, you are not going to get YETI cooling ability or longevity. Still, the reflective material does a good job of keeping your items either hot or cold. Just don't expect your items to be at the same temperature they were, hours later.Durability - Insane amount of durability. I've thrown this around, over stuffed it. Done everything you could image to it and nothing has broken, not even a zipper.Ergonomics are good but one "Con" - Pocket placement is excellent and there is a good amount of padding if you want to turn this bag into a hiking/picnic tote; the bag is comfortable to carry for long periods of time for all but the heaviest of loads. One thing is I wish this had a strap coupler as fully filled, the bag can sometimes be obnoxiously heavy. A coupler could really help prevent sag and droop and distribute the load a bit better.

Cooler compartment folds up
Pros:Backpack feels sturdy and promising.very comfortable for my shouldertwo side pocket on each side holds my two big water bottle. really awesome.has a good laptop section. feels great and protected. I even carried 2 laptop in it once without problemgot a cooler section for lunch / snacks.Cons:not enough organization pouch. inside the two large section, does not have hidden zipper bag for wallet or something similar. things all came out as my backpack opened and fell off the chairthe second storage pouch area only have one zipper. it is a U shaped pouch, when you try to unzip the zipper get stuck at 90deg angle. I find this inconvenient. it could be fixed with double zipper.cooler section is big enough for me, but I noticed my lunch kept getting "fold-up" because how the compartment is designed. Most of the time my lunch cooler bag area is folded up. if i put my lunch container inside, it will be tilted to side way.--------------------Overall is a good backpack, i like the material and how comfortable it is.but I prefer to have cooler area little more sturdy. No i would not recommend my friends to buy it.

Perfect work bag for Home Health Aides/Caregivers/Traveling Nurses
I absolutely love this bag!I am a home health aide, i go to clients homes and stay with them for up to 13 hours at a time. This bag holds everything i need!Enough food for even my longest shifts! My massive 40oz Bubba metal insulated bottle in the mesh side pocket.Plus another bottle in the other mesh side pocket if i need one.Notebooks, books, folders, clipboards, my tablet, etc. in the laptop pocket.A whole box of gloves fits in the front pocket that has the key lanyard and pen slots... plus my trauma/bandage scissors and a few personal care items i like to keep with me for long shifts (travel toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, chapstick). The small pocket in front of that one i keep pens and pencils in.Then the main pocket, that the lunchbox section protrudes into, i keep my large powerbank (that is connected to the in-bag charging outlet) and phone/tablet charger and wall plug in the 2 small-ish mesh pockets in there. Then i usually just stick my purse in there in the rest of that space, which is very easy to quickly open shove it in there on arrival and close it back up and go and easy to get back out quickly as well. But i also sometimes put a long sleeve scrub jacket or windbreaker style lightweight coat in there too.10/10 highly recommend to everybody in my field of work! This bag is perfection! The only thing that needs improvement is that the lunchbox section desperately needs a rigid frame that can be inserted into it to keep the bag from collapsing and toppling forward when food is removed from it.For now i keep some sturdy drink containers in there to keep it from collapsing, but i plan on building a frame to put in there soon to solve the problem in the long run.

Great quality
I really like the quality and durability of this backpack. Plenty of space and compartments to store my laptop, and other items. The lunch insulated pouch really fits well with this backpack. I recommend everyone try this backpack. It also has soft cushion patches for heavy lifting on your back. I’m definitely going to have to purchase another one just to have on standby.
