Crackly - seem dodgy
These crackle when in my phone. If I move them slightly it cuts the music off. Have had to revert to ones that my cat chewed - that have wires exposed. Better than these.

Very low quality
Really disappointed in the quality of these Sony-branded earphones. The cables are extremely thin, so hang in a wavy mess. The sound quality is even worse, with almost no bass sound.

Clearly second hand
This product had obviously been used before, despite being marked as new. The packaging was open and not in new condition and had been wrapped up with shrink wrap to try and hide that. The ear buds also had what looked like ear wax on them. They did not look like a quality Sony product.Returned for a refund
