Doesn’t fit my 2003 2Stroke 25 EH
The product I received twice doesn’t fit. I used the old part number. The front of the package has 822777 on it as does the part in the package. There is a new barcode on back with 98432 on it (same as original part on motor). This new part doesn’t fit on the old 2 stroke. It’s a wider bolt and center section and won’t fit in slot on old motor.Part in package seems just fine.

1998 Mercury 25HP 2-stroke
Fits perfectly on my 1998 Mercury 25HP 2-stroke. Does not come with hardware. You will need a stainless M8 x 1.75" bolt and washer.

Had a hard time deciding if this fit my 1998 Mercury 25 hp 2stroke due to the part having a different part # posted in the description and it did it has the same part # (98432-5) as the old part that came off my outboard motor
