Stopped working
Bought 3 sinks in December and 2 stopped working, one in May and the other in July…

Didn’t Last a Year
Bought this January of 2022 and it stopped working this October. The caulk also never kept the basin fixed properly so the top board of the sink has warped. Most importantly the motor stopped worked and I would have to buy the motor for a “nominal cost” per the company and apparently have to reinstall it myself which doesn’t prove to be the best solution as I am not a sink expert. Waste of $1K.

Find something different!!!
This product is very crappy. You have to put it together yourself. It doesn’t come with the heat pump and you have to get the jugs yourself. I’m very disappointed.

Read the fine print
It does not come with the water heater or the jugs that are pictured. It is also very cheap, we had to do some extra steps to make it more solid on our own. They will not return it either.

Its not worth the money
The media could not be loaded. I contacted the company to return this product. They sent me a return label only for one of the boxes when I got to The UPS Store they told me I could not use that same label for two boxes so I called the company. I told them the problem the pump is bad. I also have problems with screws holding it together had to buy a bracket and extra screws to put this product together. The company sent me another pump to keep the product but i am having problems with this product it is not built to last it is made very cheaply it is not worth the $1,000 I spent on it the countertop around the sink is bubbling up it is made from particle board I am so unhappy with the product and I want my money back. I put my faith in this company and they have failed me. I am sorry to say I wish I never found this product on Amazon.
