Lydia Pinkham's Tonic is really great for curbing the effects of hot flashes. I was having such a horrible time sweating that I didn't want to go anywhere. My face was always dripping and people would shy away from me probably thinking I was some sort of plague victim. After taking the tonic everyday for a week, I noticed that the frequency and intensity of my "powersurges" were decreasing. The only thing I dislike about the tonic is that it tastes horrible, but it can be mixed with fruit juice. Iwas very pleased to find the product through Amazon because the Walgreen's that once special ordered it for me stopped because there was not a great enough demand for it. It doesn't lower your pH low or fast enough and tastes horrid, as for helping with cramps, I haven't noticed that eitherbuy cystex cranberry concentrate from the store..cheaper and tastes better

This produc is the Best! After 11 year trying to have kids, Help me and know i have 4 kids use for my las baby and before empty the medicine i was already pregnant!
