Good value and does a great job of filling damaged floors, but only if you are a good DIYer!
This one can be an hard one to review, mainly because the tool does give you the ability to fill and fix your floor. But the finish of the repair, depends on the ability of the individual to manipulate these tools in the correct way. I'm a good DIYer, so I managed to get a good finish. But until you have a go, I suppose it's something that you will never know!

Absolute rubbish my husband knows what he doing when it comes to woodwork, the battery operated unit for putting on the wax, arrived not working, save your money and buy elsewhere, i wanted to give it no stars but Amazon system does not allow it, time they changed that and also the goods they sell should be checked to see that they actually do WORK, but they just cop out, if they sell things they should be responsible for what they sell like everyone else, I suppose this will ignored, I tried to find out how to contact Amazon and could not.

Not suitable for anywhere that gets wear or dirt
Found this quite tricky to use the tool is a bit flimsy and batteries don't last very long.The waxes are ok, and can be blended to match if you're a bit artistic.It's only suitable for cosmetic repair on surfaces that don't get any use. I tried it on a chip on a laminate floor and while it matched initially, it collected dirt and went very dark after a week.Used it on the front of a cabinet that doesn't get any wear and it's fine after a few weeks.

Easy to use. Did a good job covering damage to my wood laminate floor caused by builders.

Poor value for money
Came without instructions, which was unhelpful but listing for similar items suggested the method of use. Was unclear on how to melt the wax so used the hot tool but after a few uses the tip started to collapse into the body and the batteries became red hot. Results were poor and colour options were a poor match to UK laminate floors. No idea how you are supposed to use the finishing tools because the 'wax sets immediately you stop heating it. Avoid.

It works!
I used this to repair laminate flooring chips and scratches, like other reviews I followed a YouTube video as no instructions. Easy to use, just follow the video... good selection of colours to get what you need.

No Instruction for use
There weren't any instruction of how to use heating or fill any holes, so had to use YouTube and genera; know how?
