Tons of power!
It is a very well built, attractive, and easy to use device. I chose Crave because they were one of the only devices that had 2 usb c ports plus 2 usb a ports plus a huge batter capacity. These days I’ll take as many usb c ports and PD wattage as I can find. Crave had the best features at the best price with the added bonus of being a USA company. I love the personal touch when they sent me a pen written thank you card from Alaska. I definitely look forward to seeing more products from them and continuing to support USA businesses.

If you want capacity, this is it!
I've been using this power pack since mid 2022 to charge phones and power my Steam Deck on the go! When I go camping for the weekend, it will keep 2 phones charged for the weekend with plenty to spare! I can charge my phone on it all week! I took it on the plane and used it to power my steam deck on a dock using xreal glasses and it didn't use up half of the bank during the 3 hour flight! Pretty great stuff! Its big and bulky, but what do you expect for that much capacity?

Crave PowerPack PD Is Excellent In Hurricane Power Outages
The Crave 50,000 mAh (185 Wh) PowerPack PD Is Excellent In Hurricane Power Outages.I like the Crave unit because it has a large 50,000 mAh battery capacity and two USB-C PD (Power Delivery) Outputs / Inputs. PD 1 at 18W and PD 2 at 60W. The Pass Through Powering feature on the Crave was important to me. I can charge the Crave via PD1 and simultaneously run my HP Laptop from the PD2 60 W Output. The unit also has two USB-A QC 3.0 Outputs. I use one of the USB-A Outputs to keep my iPhone 8+ (with Mobile Wifi Hotspot) charged and powered via the Crave QI Wireless Charger. To connect to older laptops (those not having a USB-C PD charging input), I purchased the Crave Laptop Adapter Kit which came with a short USB-C cable and a barrel adapter to go into the laptop, such as shown here my older HP.I live in Central Florida (75 miles to either Gulf or Atlantic Beaches) and have to be prepared for Hurricane related power outages. Hurricane Irma hit here 3 years ago with winds exceeding 110mph and knocked out power in the area ranging from 2 to 10 days.Hurricane preparedness boils down to STAY or FLEE. We are prepared STAYERS if there are Hurricane related power outages. To FLEE often involves costs exceeding $200/day for hotels, meals, fuel. The Crave PowerPack PD at $199, would have a reasonable 1 day payback period. Well worth it.The 2nd photo (with desk and TV) illustrates the main items I need to stay powered if there is a Hurricane related power outage: (a) HP Laptop; (b) iPhone 8+ on Crave Wireless Charging Stand (will use WIFI Hotspot on the iPhone ... because will assume cable modem is not working) , (c) a spare extra backup 20,000 mAh Power Bank with USB-C PD 60W Output.Secondary items (top of 2ndphoto) I may want to charge and power during a Hurricane related power outage include: (d) Echo Dot, (e) Weather Radio, (f) LED Room Light, (g) LED Headlamp, (h) AA / AAA Battery Charger, (i) USB-C Powered Fan with 10,000 mAh battery, (j) 32 inch TV / With Offair Antenna via a Portable Power Station as shown in the photos. The 1st photo illustrates Primary 110VAC to charge the Crave Powerpack. Fresh out of the box, it takes about 5 hours to go from 0% to 100% Charged on the Crave PD as shown by all 4 Led Lights Lit.The 5th photo illustrates a Secondary Power source which can be used during Hurricane Related Power Outages. The main components are a 100W Solar Panel powering and a 12VDC Portable Power Station with a 300W Inverter. The initial charge on the Crave PD could last me 3 to 5 days. After that it would need to be charged back up from a Secondary Power source.. This can be done via 12VDC USB-C PD Car Charger in a Car or via a Portable Power Station such as shown here. The 3rd photo illustrates a 12V DC USB-C PD Car Charger to recharge the Crave Powerbank. I use the Necktek brand. The 4th photo illustrates using a 300W Pure Sine Wave DC to AC Inverter to recharge the Crave Powerbank PD.SUMMARY: The 50,000 Crave Powerbank PD is an ECONOMICAL & PRACTICAL MUST HAVE for anyone residing in Hurricane Territory or in other areas of the country which have Power Outages. For longer term outages I can also fire up my gasoline powered 5000W Generator/Inverter. But if the outage is only about 3 to 5 days I prefer the Crave PowerPack PD by far in combination, if needed, my custom made Portable Power Station & Solar Panel.

Waiting on service, revised review pending.
PROS:Best power bank I've used. Can power a Lenovo Carbon X1 for two days and still have power left over for phone and music player.Rugged.CONS:Heavy, but it's heavy-duty.MEH:This is the third one of these I've used. The first one stopped abruptly after several months. Customer Service replaced it. The second one, the power button broke or the electronics went wonky after ten months. I take good care of my electronics, so I suspected the Chinese manufacturers weren't paying a lot of attention to quality control. (I have some friends with a lot of experience with Chinese manufactured products, and their stories range from great to terrifying.)But Customer Service confirmed that the second unit was under warranty and replaced it with a new one.So, five stars for Customer service. The power bank gets five stars for usability and power, but one star off for the two that went wonky. My recommendation — if you need it to run a laptop, it will do the job. But store it carefully.
